What If I Device Binding Failed?

Device binding can fail for any of the following reasons:

  • The app is unable to send an SMS (make sure to give super.money SMS permissions)

  • You have poor network connectivity

  • Your phone time is different from the actual time of the place you’re in

  • Your telecom service provider is unable to send a registration SMS to NPCI

If none of the above reasons seem to apply, please contact us for help.
