I am unable to perform transactions on super.money.

Please use the following steps to troubleshoot the issue and try again:

  • If you’re on WiFi, turn on your mobile data or switch to a different internet connection

  • Try sending a smaller amount of money

  • Switch to a different payment method. 

  • Check if the recipient has a UPI ID linked to their phone number

  • Check if you’ve reached your transaction limit

  • The transaction is successful/processing, but the amount was not added to the recipient’s bank account.




It can sometimes take up to 3 business days for the amount to show up in the recipient’s account. If the money isn’t received within 3 business days, please contact us for help.


The merchant transaction is successful/processing, but the payment was not updated on my merchant orders.

Please contact us for help and also reach out to your bank to file a chargeback.
