New Refer & Earn Construct

We’ve updated the referral and earn constructs specifically for the Axis superCard. Please review the details below to assist users accurately:

1. Milestone Reward: ₹500 Cashback if the referee gets the Axis superCard Pro

• Action: Referrer invites a friend to apply for the Axis superCard Pro.
  
  

• Condition: The friend must be issued the card within 25 days of clicking the referral link.
  
  

• Reward: The referrer receives a flat ₹500 cashback. The referee also receives a cashback of up to ₹500.
  
  

• Attribution: The card must be issued via your specific link to qualify.

1.1. Milestone Reward: ₹1000 Reward if the referee gets the Utkarsh superCard

• Action: Referrer invites a friend to apply for the Utkarsh superCard.
  
  

• Condition: To qualify for the referral, the friend must be issued the card within 25 days of using the referral link. Additionally, the referer must already possess this card. Your friend must make a UPI transaction with their superCard on super.money.
  
  

• Reward: The referrer can earn ₹1000 for every 3 friends (₹200 for 1st, ₹200 for 2nd, ₹600 for 3rd);
  
  

• Attribution: The card must be issued via your specific link to qualify. After the first 3 Utkarsh Referrals, the referrer can earn flat ₹200  for every referral thereafter.

Checking Refer & Earn Rewards in MetaBase 

Step 1: Verify Referral Timing

• Open the Referral Dashboard at this link: Referral MetaBase/ Utkarsh Referral Metabase.

• Search using the SM ID of both the referrer and the referee.

  • If SOURCE is AFFILIATE, it means that he has referred via the Axis Refer a Friend Screen.

  • If SOURCE is REFERRAL, it means that they have referred via MEME_Share.

• Check the timestamp to confirm when the referrer's invite was sent and when the referee's card was issued.

Step 2: Validate Eligibility

• The referrer is eligible for a reward only if:

  • The referee received their Axis SuperCard Pro after the referral invite was sent.

  • The referee got their SuperCard within 25 days of clicking the referral link.

• If the referee's card was issued before the referral invite, the referrer is not eligible for the reward.

Step 3: Check Referee's Card Status

• Use this link, Card Details MetaBase, and search with the referee's SM ID.

• Check the Product_Code to know the card name.

• Confirm that the referee has been issued the Axis SuperCard Pro and note the date and time the card was issued.

Step 4: Check Reward Details

• Use this link, Refer and Earn Reward, to check the referrer's account.

• Verify the total reward amount the referrer has received and the number of successful referrals.

Action:

• If they are eligible and have not received the reward. Please highlight the same in #experience_breakage group or ask your TL to post it in Slack and tag ishan.kulkarni@super.money

Important Notes for Agents

• Referrer Reward: The referrer receives a flat ₹500.

• Referee Reward: The referee receives a random amount up to ₹500 from the system.

• Timeline: The referee must receive the card within 25 days of the referral link click for the referrer to be eligible.

New Campaign Alert: "₹21/- Shagun for your squad"

We have launched a new referral incentive specifically for new users joining the platform. This campaign runs alongside our existing referral programs to help boost new user conversions.

Campaign Overview

• Campaign Name: "₹21/- Shagun for your squad"
  
  

• The Hook: Every new user (referee) gets a flat ₹21 FREE GIFT as "Shagun" for joining and transacting through the referrer's link.
  
  

• Construct: This is a one-time reward for the Referee (new user).

Key T&Cs:

• Qualification Period: Live from April 15th, 2026 to April 30th, 2026.
  
  

• Eligibility: The reward is only triggered once the referee completes their First Transaction (FT) on super.money.

SOP Update: "Referral Streaks" Campaign

"Referral Streaks" (June 2026):

We are continuing the campaign called "Referral Streaks". This is designed to reward users progressively as they build their invite cycles.

Please review the tiered reward layout and cap logic to handle user inquiries accurately:

Campaign Mechanics & Timeline

• Campaign Name: Referral Streaks
  
  

• Qualification Period: 1st June 2026 (00:00:01 AM) to Continued.
  
  

• The Construct: Users earn progressive cashback for milestones within a 4-referral cycle, adding up to a total of ₹100 cashback per completed streak.
  
  

Step-Up Reward Structure

The reward value scaling operates as follows within each active loop:

Streak Reset & Heavy Referrer Rule

• The Automated Reset: Once a user hits their 4th successful referral, the streak milestone map resets back to 1, allowing them to restart the milestone cycle and earn another ₹100.
  
  

• The 32-Referral Cap: This progressive resetting structure is active only for the user's first 32 successful referrals (up to 8 full streak cycles).
  
  

• Post-32 Rule: From the 33rd successful referral onwards, the progressive streak system deactivates, and the user will receive a flat ₹10 for every single additional successful referral.
  
  

Eligibility Guardrails

• A referral is only registered on the user's active streak counter once the referee installs the app via the unique link AND successfully completes their First Transaction (FT) on super.money during the June window.

Please familiarize yourselves with these thresholds so you can explain the mechanics if a heavy referrer asks why their reward is flatlined to ₹10 after 32 invites.
