A: The status of your payment depends on how you initiated the transaction:
1. Supported Method (Bill payment started on super.money App):
If you opened the super.money app, went to “superCard” section and clicked on "Pay Bill," and then selected a UPI app (like PhonePe/Paytm) to complete the transaction and came back to super.money app, where you saw payment successful message. This is a valid payment. Your bill status should update shortly.
However, if you do not see the message of payment successful on super.money app. It is possible that you interrupted the transaction or the transaction did not complete due to low network connectivity. If Utkarsh small finance bank has not received the money, the paid amount will be refunded back to your source bank account within 3-5 working days. We suggest you make the bill payment again to ensure no pending dues.
2. Unsupported Method (Bill payment done directly via Third-Party App, where you didn’t start the bill payment by opening super.money app):
If you opened a third-party app such as CRED, Paytm, PhonePe, CheQ directly and manually entered your 16 digit Utkarsh SuperCard details to pay the bill, please note that this kind of bill payment is not supported by Utkarsh small finance bank for Utkarsh superCards.
Result: This payment will not reflect in your Utkarsh superCard.
Refund: If the money was debited from your source account, the order will eventually be marked as failed. You will receive a full refund to your source account within 2-3 working days from the third-party app. However, this won’t be treated as a payment attempt by the Utkarsh bank and you should make your payment within the due date to ensure no additional interest or penalties are levied.
For any queries, we suggest you to please contact the third-party app where you made the payment.
